Innerbloom Therapy
Part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or strong Clinical Fellow (CF) who is interested in working with children and in a small private practice setting. This role offers flexibility and opportunities to develop clinical expertise in areas such as: Speech sound disorders and articulation, AAC, early intervention, parent coaching, and expressive/receptive communication.
Innerbloom Therapy, is a small, family-oriented pediatric private practice in Woodland Park near Pikes Peak. Innerbloom Therapy provides individualized and family centered speech therapy services. At Innerbloom Therapy we collaborate closely with other professionals within the community to provide the best care for our clients. Innerbloom Therapy is a place where clinicians can grow professionally and feel supported while doing so.
Schedule Options:
Innerbloom Therapy is currently hiring for one or more of the following flexible schedule models:
- After-school clinic sessions
- Daytime clinic sessions

- Works collaboratively and takes initiative
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Interested in working within a small private practice setting
- Motivated to grow clinical skills and develop areas of specialization
- Comfortable supporting pediatric clients and engaging with their families

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CO state-issued license as a speech pathologist required before start date (or willing to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (Clinical Fellows may be considered)
