We are seeking a Clinical Fellow in SLP who is passionate about growing their clinical skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment. The MDC, a non-profit community-based organization, is recognized worldwide for its leadership in providing family-centered hearing and speech integrated services.
We offer dedicated 1:1 mentorship with experienced CCC-SLP, a structured CFY program with weekly supervision, gradual caseload ramp-up, a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, and meaningful work serving children of all ages.

Would consider applicants who prefer part-time hours of at least 20 hours/week.
Compensation
Pay for this position would be $35-42/hour with eligibility for benefits.
Education Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate would hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology who is eligible for Colorado licensure. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a supportive setting.
