The Colorado Speech-Language-Hearing Foundation (CSHF) was created in 1984 as a philanthropic, 501(c) public nonprofit organization. CSHF’s Elizabeth G. Jancosek Graduate Student Scholarship supports Colorado graduate students in communication sciences and disorders.
The Elizabeth G. Jancosek Graduate Student Scholarship supports currently enrolled graduate students at the University of Colorado, the University of Northern Colorado, and Metropolitan State University of Denver. Each spring, one student from each university is selected by the board to receive a scholarship. Application materials include an essay, unofficial transcripts, a résumé, and a letter of recommendation.
Contributions are vital to the foundation and its mission to support the scholarship program. Contributions may be a personal gift, memorial, or honorarium. CSHF is a tax-exempt organization under the 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code and contributions are deductible to the extent provided by section code 170.
