Position: Speech Language Pathologist – Full Time
Start Date: 07/22/2024
Job Description:
Straka Pediatric Therapies is seeking an SLP to join our multidisciplinary pediatric clinic to provide speech-language therapy services to children. The successful candidate will have experience working with children of all ages and backgrounds and will provide evidence-based treatment for a variety of speech, language and feeding concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, and group therapy services to children and their families.
- Administer assessments and conduct thorough evaluations to develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote positive communication and feeding outcomes.
- Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team, including Therapists, Physical Therapists and mental health providers to provide comprehensive care to children.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
- Attend and participate in regular staff meetings and case conferences.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay current in the field and maintain licensure.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in speech-language pathology.
- Current license as an SLP in Colorado.
- ASHA CCCs – strong CF candidates will be considered.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with a range of speech and language diagnoses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary range: $65,000-$73,000 annual salary
