Location: One convenient clinic — no travel!
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30–6:00 — long weekends every week!
Salary: $80,000–$85,000 (based on experience & productivity) + incentives + benefits

Inspiring Talkers is seeking a Clinical SupervisorSpeech-Language Pathologist to supervise a small team (5–10 therapists) while maintaining a reduced caseload (approx 15 hours direct billable /week). This is the perfect role for a clinician who loves pediatric therapy and loves supporting other therapists to grow.

What You’ll Do as the Clinic SupervisorLeadership & Supervision
Provide clinical supervision to SLPAs, CFs
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship for therapy team
Help maintain a positive, collaborative, fun clinic culture
Serve as the go-to resource for clinical questions, problem-solving, and therapist support for therapy team

Clinical Responsibilities
Maintain a reduced caseload of approx 15 hours direct billable /week (~30 direct therapy sessions per week)
Complete evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation
Collaborate with an incredible multidisciplinary team of SLPs, OTs, and PTs
Participate in team meetings, parent communication, and care coordination
Collaboration & Quality
Support consistent therapy standards across the clinic
Contribute to efficiency, scheduling flow, and team communication
Help identify opportunities for growth within the clinic
