Pediatric Speech Therapist (Clinical Fellows Welcome!)
Pay: $75,000-$85,000 per year

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows seeking mentorship and professional development within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You’ll work closely with a team of Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Behavioral Analysts, with opportunities for co-treating and team-based learning.
Duties:
- Provide high-quality, individualized speech-language therapy to pediatric patients.
- Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists and other professionals to provide holistic care.
- Participate in team-based mentorship and professional growth opportunities.
- Communicate with families and caregivers to support therapy carryover at home.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Uphold the principles of neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Eligible for Colorado state licensure.
- Clinical Fellows welcome to apply — supportive team-based mentorship provided.
- Interest in working with a wide range of pediatric clients, including Autism, speech sound disorders, language delays, AAC, feeding challenges, social communication, executive functioning, and sensory needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Part-time/Full-time
