We are seeking a home-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP CCC or SLP CF) to join our interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide services in the client’s home or childcare facility while working closely with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and ABA professionals to deliver comprehensive care for children with developmental delays, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. Your focus will be helping children from birth through age 21 reach their full potential.
As an SLP, you will conduct initial assessments and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs. You will provide direct therapy, engage with families and caregivers, and coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Monitoring progress, adjusting plans to meet developmental milestones, and employing varied instructional techniques will be key parts of your work. You will maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and compliance standards, while also supporting case management and documentation.

Applicants must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology, an active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, and a valid or pending Colorado state SLP license. Experience in home-based therapy, pediatrics, and working with EMR systems such as KanTime is preferred. The salary range for this role is $66,575.82 to $123,900.78, with various pay models available.
