Boulder Speech Therapy, a proud woman-owned and operated practice, is seeking a passionate clinician to join our supportive team Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This role offers a predictable, focused 12-hour workweek, a highly collaborative environment, and a clinical community of families who are deeply invested in their children’s progress.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy to a diverse pediatric population during peak after-school hours.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs.
• Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers, empowering them with strategies to support their child’s communication journey outside the clinic.
What We Are Looking For:
• A licensed SLP (CCC-SLP) or an exceptional Clinical Fellow (CF) eligible for Colorado state licensure.
• A clinician with dedicated experience or a strong clinical interest in:
• Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) & Motor Planning
• Articulation & Phonological Disorders
• Autism Spectrum Disorder & Neurodiversity-Affirming Care
• Expressive & Receptive Language Disorders
• An engaging, warm personality that naturally connects with kids and builds immediate trust with families.
Compensation:
$32.00 per session
