Job Description
Mountain Iris Speech Therapy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team serving families in Larimer County. This position offers the opportunity to work with infants, toddlers, and young children as they develop the communication skills that shape their future.
Our primary focus is early intervention (birth–3), supporting children and families through everyday routines, play, and meaningful interactions. There are also opportunities to work with older children on articulation, language development, social communication, and communication confidence.
This role is a great fit for an SLP who values creativity, connection with families, collaboration, and making therapy meaningful in real-life environments.
What You’ll Do
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy for infants and toddlers through early intervention.
- Support older children with speech sound development, language, and social communication.
- Provide services in natural environments, including homes, daycares, community settings, and clinic settings when appropriate.
- Coach caregivers on practical strategies they can use during everyday routines.
- Develop IFSPs and individualized therapy goals.
- Track progress and complete documentation in accordance with early intervention guidelines.
- Collaborate with service coordinators and professionals including OT, PT, developmental specialists, and educators.
- Celebrate each child’s progress while helping families feel confident and empowered.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Colorado SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
- Pediatric or early intervention experience preferred.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting families.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation for travel throughout Larimer County.
